Lifegoeson Corp, which operates the non-face-to-face mobile laundry service 'LaundryGo', announced that it is launching a new laundry collection box, Laundlet Fold, in response to customer feedback.
The newly introduced Laundlet Fold is a collection box that can be folded like a clothes drying rack, and is only 1/4 the volume of the existing Laundlet, making it easy to store. To launch the product, LaundryGo went through dozens of product tests over a year of development.
Earlier last year, on the occasion of Laundrygo's third anniversary, the company conducted a survey of its customers and incorporated key feedback into the development of the Laundrette Fold, including the ability to fold for easy storage, improved functionality for hanging and retrieving clothes, and a more durable frame.
Lifegoeson Corp has been providing its patented laundry hamper Lundlet to all customers since the start of its service in 2018 to strengthen the security of laundry and prevent wrinkles, and the new Laundlet Fold will be offered to customers in parallel with the existing Laundlet.
"LundryGo is striving to innovate the laundry market and provide a better customer experience," said Cho Sung-Woo, CEO of Lifegoeson Corp. "We will do our best to not only stay true to the basics of laundry, but also to advance our non-face-to-face services."
Meanwhile, Lifegoeson Corp serves most of the new cities in Gyeonggi Province, including Incheon, Suwon, Ilsan, Bundang, Namyangju, Hanam, Anyang, and Ansan, centered on Seoul, with an average of 5,000 wards per day and more than 100,000 households per month.
