Tech Seoul, Venture Square, and Starta VC signed a three-party MOU on March 22 and announced on the 4th that they will pursue joint projects for Korean startups to advance into the United States.

The main details of cooperation agreed upon by the three companies are △Support for Korean startups to enter the U.S. market and support for attracting investment through Starta VC △Joint development and operation of a customized program tailored to the local situation in New York to expand Korean startups' overseas expansion △Support for Korean startups to enter the U.S. market This includes continuous development and joint promotion of various programs and projects for entry into and settlement in the United States.

"Tech Seoul has already signed individual memorandums of understanding with Starta VC and VentureSquare, and with this three-way MOU, the three companies will fully utilize their respective expertise to create synergies and achieve successful results for Korean startups entering the U.S.," said Tech Seoul.
