Block Odyssey launches NFT platform ‘TRACKS’ based on soccer player performance data

Block Odyssey, a company specialized in blockchain solutions, has announced the official launch of 'TRACKS,' an NFT platform based on soccer player performance data, in collaboration with Fit Together, a sports data analysis company.

TRACKX is one of the NFT businesses that Block Odyssey and Fit Together collaborate on. It is a service that converts performance data of soccer players collected during actual K-League games into digital sports trading NFT cards and offers them exclusively through Trax's platform.

Users who purchase a club-specific NFT player card on the TRACKX platform will be able to view and collect the player's performance stats, location-based playstyle, and activity metrics over time in the form of data reports. They will also have the opportunity to participate in various fan community events and access club-specific utilities provided exclusively for NFT holders.

The current service clubs on TRACKX include Jeju United FC and Ulsan Hyundai Football Club, and the performance data of players in each round of the K League 1 2023 season will be collected and sold in the form of NFT cards. All NFT cards sold on TRACKX can be purchased using KRW, making it more convenient for soccer fans who may be unfamiliar with NFTs.

The TRACKX service was in beta throughout February and is now officially available to football fans with improvements and enhancements collected during the beta period. To celebrate the official launch, TRACKX will host an offline event at Jeju World Cup Stadium on April 2 to introduce the TRACKX service to soccer fans and offer a limited edition NFT airdrop event.

TRACKS is "pleased to present the first collectible NFT containing player data and interpretation to soccer fans, and said that it will contribute to forming a soccer fan culture based on performance data through TRACKS.
