i-ESG, a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company specializing in AI and big data-driven ESG digital solutions, is set to participate in the prestigious 2024 International Electronics Fair (CES 2024) taking place from January 9th to 12th.

CES, organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), stands as the world’s largest technology fair, held annually in Las Vegas, USA. More than 3,000 exhibitors from 151 countries have pre-registered for CES 2024, and the CTA anticipates approximately 130,000 attendees this year.

CTA Chairman Gary Sapiro mentioned that this year’s keywords are ‘AI(Artificial Intelligence)’ and ‘Korea.’ He also stressed the importance of ‘solving global problems through technology,’ saying, “The overall theme is sustainability.”

With a record number of exhibits in the sustainability section of CES 2024, the trend of ‘pursuing corporate sustainability’ seems to be spreading globally across large corporations, medium-sized enterprises, and startups.

As a pioneer in the field, i-ESG, launched in 2022 as an in-house venture under a Fortune 500 company, has developed ESG-specific digital solutions that resonate with current sustainability trends worldwide. The company is positioned to showcase its array of digital solutions at Eureka Park, the startup exhibition area at CES 2024. Among the featured solutions are ‘ESG Assessment,’ ‘Materiality Issue Identification,’ ‘ESG Reporting,’ and ‘GHG Management,’ which are crucial for companies initiating ESG management.

A spokesperson for i-ESG emphasized that the company's AI/big data technology enables data-driven and unbiased ESG management, aiming not only to reduce associated costs but also to address in-house capability and resource challenges faced by organizations.

Last year, i-ESG achieved significant milestones, including selection for the Tech Incubator Program for Startups (TIPS), a renowned R&D support program by the Korean government. The company garnered meaningful market validation in Japan, Singapore, and the Middle East secured 11 technology patents, and became a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), underscoring its commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.

i-ESG’s participation at CES 2024 signifies its dedication to advancing the dialogue on leveraging technology for ESG management and sustainable business operations.
